The condos and homes that Equity Homes, Inc. builds at both southern Vistas and Westwood Valley developments sell very quickly, we try to keep out information on this website up to date, however, for the most accurate and up to date pricing, home locations, availability for viewing, etc., we recomend contacting Equity Homes, Inc. or visiting the open houses every Saturday 1:00-3:00 and Sunday 2:00-4:00 at both Southern Vistas and Westwood Valley Developments. You can also get accurate and up to date information 24 hours a day by stopping at developments and picking up brochures from literature boxes at the model homes.

What is the Builder Credit and how does it work for you, the home buyer?


The Builder Credit is in addition to or over and above the $6,500 or $8,000 Tax Credit you may qualify for! Equity Homes, Inc. gives you from $4,000 to $7,000 back to use towards your home purchase, you do not have to qualify for the Tax Credit to receive our Builder Credit!

You can use our Builder Credit for: builder paid closing costs, builder paid appliances, builder paid landscaping, sod, sprinkler system, or any other upgrades or additions you may choose!
